Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have got divorse recently, as my wife filed a case inthe court that myself N parents beaten her, taken inection order for not allowing to enter my house as usal 5 cases filed. I am staying at my workplace and she was at kerala.

Finnaly we fie iled a joint petition got divorsed. She was keep on demanding divorse and I was not keen finally i thought if she is not hapy to stay with me let she be independant. she told that she will not get married and take care of children. she has taken my 2 floor house another land which I bought in her name compensation of 4 lac. Before this happenng i purchaed a car and name was not changed in my name she has taken that she is signd 2 of my cheques an taken money have tolerated every thing and without making any issue given the divorse, within 6 moths she got married with her boyfried, I never thought she have a boy friend and will do like this. Last few years She was not willing to stay at my workplae with various excuses. she spoiled my life cheated me at the core and my hard earned house will be in the hands of her boyp friend and my grown up children may not have anything, unfortunately they are not keeping intouch with me. I am soft and adjustable but this extreme of cheating I am not able to tolerat even I am forced to consultation with a doctor> Kindly give advse me what should I do now? I don't want she and her boyfriend enojoying my flat and money Im ready to file a case for cheating. pls advise

you bought her a house for four lacs towards alimony. now nothing can be done after divorce. at the most you can seek custody of your children but cannot get the house back.
