How to get divrce and hpw to punish cheaters/conspiratotrs
My problem is with my wife and want to get divorce.
We are both Hindu, same caste/subcaste, Bengalee, got married in April 1998, arranged marriage, having a son and presently staying together in Faridabad. I am working in NHPC Ltd. as an executive. My wife is housewife.
My wife always misbehaves with me and my families even from the beginning of our marriage. She got pregnant suddenly in November 1998; she went to her parent�s home in May 1999 and our child born in August 1999 (expected in September 99). I started having doubt on the paternity of our child few months before the birth when I found some problem on my genital organ after having sex at her parent�s home. But I did not express my doubt to anyone.
I want the legal actions as fast as possible from a reputed lawyer who will take my case cordially, see with humanity and neutrally. My age is 35.5 years.
Please communicate with me through my email only. My mobile phone normally kept at my wife. Please do not disclose anything to her before initiating any case against her. Otherwise, she will kill me.
Her father arranged some local gundas who forced me to live with her otherwise they would have tortured my parents and me.

Necessary legal action can be taken at the earliest firstly to protect you and secondly to get the releifs desired by you.
However, before devising a strategy, it is necessary to know (1) where were you married and when (2) where is your permanent home (meaning the place where you were residing at the time of marriage)(3) where is your wife's home.

The basic fact is how to prove your allegations, it you have any medical record of your assertions, then we can proceed with all zeal and get you the relief you seek. Rest is not a big issue to get it.As regards other issue of your protection, the same can be done by filing representations before the police and Human Right commission and other authorities.
