DOB Cheating - IPC
Dear Sir,
My father in law has intentionally changed the Date of birth of my spouse (presently my spouse), during our pre marriage arrangements. I came to know to know about this act very recently with evidence of her DOB thorugh certificates, which mismatches with the horoscope Date of Birth. Can I legally file an affidavit for cheating me against my father-in-law?

If u have any evidence of his past cheating .u can get divorce or u may complaint before police

no ground for cheating is made out as per the facts elaborated by you unless there is a big difference in her natural age and the age mentioned in certificates. the same needs to be proved by ossification of bones test.
