Can Domestic Violence Act 2006 b applied to acts of D.V. commited before 2006 in an already

pending trial before 2006. Can DVA be applied retrospectively in a fit case before 2006?

Yes, all types of violence whether pre or post enforcement of the Act ae covered. You may apply the same in a pending case.
