Legal Question in Family Law in India

Under domestic violence case court has passed intrim order to return all the shtridhan. if it is not returned what can be the implication on the husband & family members against wghom case is filed? We don't want to go for appeal for intrim order.

Will the case continue without obeying the intrim order?
