Domestic violence case filed against me and it is not true and I want to defend it suitably need procedure in Indian legal system

In a pending case, it is better to meet with a lawyer personally and discuss your defence based upon complete facts of your case. Procedure is provided in the Act itself. Besides, you may like to acquire basic knowledge of Civil Procedure code, Indian Evidence Act and Criminal Procedure code.
