domestic Voilence

I am the married women but 8 month ago my husband has created an illegal relation to a women when i took objection then he treated me a cruality after then he want to give me dioverce but i don,t want divorce i want to live with him but he don.t want to me so he left me in house which is tented. my husband is the owner of the property about 30 lacs re. in the form of undiverted plots.

Can i have right in this property?

yes you can file domestic violence case against your husband.

yes, you can. you are entitled to residence and alimony from your husband; you may consider taking appropriate legal steps including approaching the authorities under DVA.
