Please state complete facts of your case. The statement is too vague - we need to know :

(a) if the marriage is continuing?

(b) The property in the hands of the husband is self acquired or inherited/ancestral ?

(c) You want to know women's rights when husband is alive or after his death ?

(d) You want to know women's rights towards maintenance amount out of husband's property or for becoming owner / joint-owner ?
