Domocile for an adopted child

If a child was adopted by soem on who stays in a state(A) for approx 40 years but dont have any property.And his real parents are in different state (B) and have property etc .For which state child will be getting the domocile and what all papers will eb required.

Re: Domocile for an adopted child

A child will be entitled to domicile of the place of his adopted parents. Gift deed and proof of domocile by the adopted parents is sufficient.
