Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dowry
If a bridegroom or his family or parties involved in his marriage have taken no dowry, whatever has been exchanged has been on mutual consent and is well within the reach of father, and in conditions of penury due to loss of job the boy asks for help and the girl gets money from father, is it considered dowry?
Can the girl implicate the boy in dowry case? Can the gift exchange done at time of marriage be considered as dowry, if the COUSINS of the girl (parties to marriage) threaten that they have a list of items less than Re 1 lac (made by boys father, not signed by both parties, just informal) and they will sue the boy and parents.
if the girl has been constantly complaining against her cousins and has written 5-6 mails after marriage agaiinst the relatives to her husband; however due to immaturity has been leaking private information shared with husband in half truths and incorrect form, which has been misinterpreted by her family, then will the girl be considered less capable and immature or will the boy be considered guilty? If the boy beats the girl even once due to continuos harrasment and infedility he suffers and she goes to police simply saying that he has been doing this ever since, is the boy totally punishable?

In fact i tell you, what you asked is not the legal position. You asked opinion about facts, which depend on the competence of your counsel, how he conducts trial.
