i was driven by in laws from house and i was staying with my parents frm last 8 months and even i lost my job .can i ask my dowry back and maintanance with out filing divorce please help me

You could file a case under the Domestic Violence act for return of stridhan and monetary relief. However under DV act, you could file for protection and residence orders as well.
