D/Sir, 1- if husband obtains RCR u/s 9 HMA, after deny by eife to stay with her, when he can file a petition for divorce?

2-And what is the minimum period to obtain divorce if wife agrees,too.And if wife denies to give divorce ?

3- If working wife is transferred by her company to long distance approx.2000 km from the jurisdiction place where the of RCR filed by husband is in process ,

then how can she transfer the jurisdiction place,and where?And if the court denies ,how can she appear in the court(If she has a four months old baby)?

for transfer of case, the wife needs to file a transfer petition in Supreme Court of India.
