Legal Question in Family Law in India
Due to mental cruelty by husband and inlaws,i'm suffering from depression and taking psychiatric treatment for the same.
i have fild DV case against them.
now inlaws falsely allege that i had depression even before marriage that is untrue.and they are trying to take divorce on this ground.i dont want a divorce.
is my case strong enough?

advising you on the basis of these facts would not be advisable. its better if you meet a lawyer in person and show him the medical reports and only after considering whether the disease is curable or incurable in nature, something can be opined.

You can defend the divorce case on the ground that your DV case was prior and you have been a victim of the abuse by your husband and in laws.
