Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have duly filed one case against my legally married husband for protection order and residential order under Domestic Violence Act at the court of Hon'ble C.J.M., Ghazipur Dist., U.P. in the month of October, 2010. My husband contested the case and denied my relationship with him as his wife. But I have each and every evidence proving myself as his legally married wife. I live alongwith my son in law and 32 year old unemployed son at his ancestral plot of land on the 1st floor and on the ground floor there is one tenant,situated at Dildar Nagar in the Dist. of Ghazipur, U.P.. I have several times approached and requested my husband to settle the matter but under the influence of his mistress, he instead tried to kill me one day and denied to provide any residence to me. At last I was compelled to lodge one case U/s 494/498 (A) / 506 I.P.C. in Dildar Nagar P.S. on 29-12-2010. In order to teach me a lessson, My husband in collusion with the above tenant, secretly sold the entire building in which I live alongwith my family in the month of January, 2011. At that time I did not know this fact. In the month of February I was successful in getting the Protection Order as well as Residential Order from the Hon'ble court of C.J.M., Ghazipur. Now if the above tenant intends to get me and my family out of the aforesaid building, can he do so by filing any civil case. Can Sec. 52 of Transfer of Property Act will attract in this case. In this regard I would also like to mention that I have also filed several cases including Stay order, case under Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, and some other case. Please guide me properly if there is any chance of eviction of me from the aforesaid building. Please , Please guide me and tell me the fact.
