Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have duly obtained the maintenance Order of Rs. 500/- per month against my husband in the year 2002. I have recently filed the increment of maintenance amount U/s 127 Cr. P. C. to Rs. 5000/- per month in the month of March, 2011 in the same court which gave me the above mentioned order. Since then ( i.e. from the month of March, 2011 ) notice for enhancement of Maintenance amount were continuously in every month sent to my husband ( i.e. Opp. Party ). But my husband managed the concerned postman and not a single A/D has been returned till date to the concerning court. Under such circumstances and keeping the time factor in view am I entitled to get the increment of my maintenance amount from the concerning court and if so, under what sections of law and on what argument basis. Please Please guide me.

you can ask the court for issuance of summons by hand

yes the above suggestion is correct

even court can issue publication of summons in news paper

if they are not coming u can plead for exparte orders
