Just forget the issue. There is no legal remedy in law for this emotional hurt. Moreover, any action is likely to be counter productive causing more harm to both of you.

Please do not think of doing anything. The fact of the matter is that if her husband comes to know that you had a physical relationship with her, he can file a criminal case against you for adultery, punishment for which is for 5 years. Please forget about her and move on. The funny side of the law is that only the person having intercourse with a married lady shall be tried for the offence of adultery and not the married lady.

I can understand your mental and emotional condition but why are you talking rubbish like this.We are here for legal advice not to give advice for revenge.

You cannot teach her a lesson in any case. Forget about taking any action that can put you in legal barriers or hurdles.

leave that issue as a thing of past and if you really gave heart to her and she too was serious then u can think of breaking home of the other man..... i mean that forget this as early as u can and u should not think of any legal action.

An intercourse/affair with a married woman/girl is an offence known as Adultery and if her husbands complains only the male partner is punished under Indian Penal Code.

There is no legal remedy for you so forget the issue.

Forget it as bad dream.There is no remedy but she has every opportunity to make your life hell.
