Duped husband
Hi i am a widower and i married for the second time to a widower, to my horror i discovered that my wife being a widower is also married tocouple of men earlier and without divorcing them has married again. What is the legal remedy for me can i file a case of bigamy and fraud against her. can she be arrested by police for cheating me.

No, there is no cheating or fraud involved on the basis of facts disclosed by you. If you are not living with her anymore, you will need to write a detailed note about this marriage to find out if she has committed any offence;
We will need to know, when were you married second time; what was the process - how did you come to know her; and when and how did you come to know of her previous marriages; and after knowing about that, till when you stayed together???
