Legal Question in Family Law in India
DV Act Case.Marriage under Hindu Marriage Act
What is done if the inlaws living in India in another city and husband living abroad deliberately avoid court notices thru registered post and dasti thru CJM for 11 months?
They always bribe the dasti deliverer and he writes that house was locked when he went to serve notice
They know that DV Case is filed against them. But since they avoid notices,my lawyer has no proof to show to the magistrate that these have been served.
So how will MM pass orders and justice be done to the already suffering daughter inlaw and wife?

You have to ensure that service is effected and carry forward the case.
it is surprising that so much time has passed by and you have not been able to serve your summons. you need to get the summons served through the district judge of the state where in laws are residing and regarding your husband, the summons need to be served through ministry of external affairs or department of indian overseas.
