This regarding a DV case going on in AP.
Is there any way to get the copy of court proceedings, comments recorded/logged by Magistrate in trail court, for the DV case since beginning ? Trying to see if these comments would be helpful for us on how the case is proceeding, whether in our direction or not. For example, we have submitted the counter/reply in DV , what are the comments that magistrate has recorded in terms of this, when magistrate is expected to read the counter/reply etc. I believe all the activities have to be logged somewhere for magistrate to get a quick recap during the subsequent hearings. Can we get these recorded/logged comments by certified copies, if so what should it be referred as in the certified copies application ?
