Legal Question in Family Law in India

In DVC case my daughter shouted on opposite lawyer. Due to this our lawyer

telling that he will not continue our case. Actually the case came up to

orguments stage and opposite lawyer orgument is over. Now our lawyer

escaping and he not attended to court. Without lawyer can case final judgement

will be released.

pl. advise what to do.

Now judge also changed today no judge attended to court and the date

given 27/05/11.

yes, the court may deliver its judgment on the basis of evidence led and material on record. arguments were just to facilitate and draw the attention of the court to relevant material. If you want, being woman, you will be eligible for free legal aid even at this stage. You may ask for a free lawyer. You may argue your self with the court. There is no need to shout at the opposite lawyer or your lawyer.

Yes you can fight your case altogether on your own. But it would be advisable if you hire some other Lawyer to argue your case on your behalf

I we are advocates and not a thing/good so one may hire us. we may appointed by a person/firm for their case/es,bt cant hire

No the court will not pass any judgement as the judge has changes and you have not argued case . In these circumstances the new judge will hear arguments again from both the parties.
