Now DVC case is in running in that their lawyer asking me questions.
In between once my husband came for compramise (bcz he want to
cheat us with compramise) we thought of really he came and he
celebrated birthday of my son who is 2 years old and he taken
photos and he left 7 months ago not even giving any maintenance
not comming to home which i was staying in-laws house alone.
Now he is showing the photos in court and telling that he is looking
after us. But i told in cross examination that he came on that day and
left. Sir creating this type of wrong evidences can he escape to give
maintenance to me?
Now my son is 2 1/2 years old he don't know his father
can i tell this in court.

this is very weak sort of an evidence and he cannot escape maintenance merely by filing photos of his taking care of you and the child. he has to financially support you as well and he has to show the proofs that he is supporting you financially otherwise the court may order maintenance.
Irrespective of his claims about maintenance, you are entitled to maintenance allowance for yourself and your son in accordance with his 'standard of living'. You should pursue your claim diligently.
