Legal Question in Family Law in India

Already in DVC court sactioned Rs.1,000/- to my wife. Now she is again claiming for maintenance to herself and to my son. I am not working and i am not willing to give her mainenance. She is not having any proof of my business. Already in DVC i prooved that i am a labourer in poultry form. Without any proof how much amount will be sactioned by court (minimum)both my wife and my 5yrs old son studies,food etc. Due to no proof they may discolse the case sir? In Hyderabad city how much they saction.

It is very difficult to answer that how much maintenance the Court would pass in favour of your wife but under the DVAct, the husband is suppose to take care of his wife and children. if she does not have any proof of your business, the court may grant maintenance on presumption and taking into consideration your living standard. read more on Indian laws on my website www.karvai.in.
