Legal Question in Family Law in India
My DVC is in trial from 2009 December. Already we booked 498A but not yet come
for trial. In my DVC i asked as relief Given dowry back , maintenance of Rs.20,000/-
to me and my son and also allow me to live in my martial house which is in the name of
my father-in-law.
We hv produced oral witness of my mother friend about dowry details and harrashment
they made. (bcz we hv no witness of vedio or written)
And also no proof of his buisiness. (poultry business).
They are unable to produce witness.
Now what is the steps of giving judgement and how many times it will clear.
