Legal Question in Family Law in India

My DVC is in trials. nearly 1 year over my son is 2 1/2 years

old. I am sending him to nursery and my parents are paying

all the school fee etc. My husband is telling that he is labourer.

Can My son (2 1/2 years). file any case against his father for

food and his hospital charges and educational charges bcz

the case (DVC) is prolonging.

pl. suggest me sir

what will a labour pay you ???

you can move maintenance application for the child but you have to show his income.

first - in your DVC you must have made a claim for son also.

Secondly, if you file maintainance, that would automatically include claim for the child also.
