Legal Question in Family Law in India

In the early morning I found my younger son (2 years of age) was crying at balcony and my elder Son 6 years was locked outside the door.

My wife didn't inform me about her travel or work in UAE. I am finding it difficult to manage two kids. My wife left to sharjah for job leaving two kids with me without letting me know. I have requested my wife to come back as soon as possible as we never planned to settle in UAE. We are well settled in India.

She had a nice offer from L&T, Kolkata, She told me that she will join in L&T Kolkata, My home town,

I requested her to Send me her detail address, not only mobile number but I need her office and residential address. She didn't respond to my mail then I sent mail to her petrofac office sharjah, UAE. (I got her offer letter from my child laptop. Then she shared her mobile number and email But she is not sharing her address. she wrote me that she has a fare I may visit Sharjah to harm her or I may send somebody to do harm her.

She is requesting me to visit sharjah in every email but not sharing her address. I have collected her address from her HR department. Then I wrote her about her address and asked her did I send somebody there or did I visited there ? I wanted her to share her address fearlessly so that I could believe she doesn't have any bad intension.

She is telling me she will come back after one year not now.

I am planning to file for divorce.

What action I can take apart from divorce in India ?

Can I file a case in UAE, Sharjah ? Can she make allegation and ask sharjah police to arrest me ?

2) No . Yes she can make lot of allegation(s) against you to get you arrested in India as well sharjah.
