Which is the easiest way to get divorced soon and what is the maximum time taken for a divorce?
I stayed at my husband's house only for 2 months.His mother is making a lot of problems daily.I am fed of staying there and i came back to my house.What ever I does she is finding problems in that.I told my husband we both can stay separately .He is not ready to that decision.Now he also started finding problems.He is also in mothers side.He dont want me now,saying that i am good for nothing.I cant tolerate all these things...I need a divorce soon.Please give me all the details...

Easiest and the quickest Divorce would be MUTUAL CONSENT. This kind of Divorce takes around 6 months only. How many years you have been married ? Please clarify.
you may go for divorce by mutual consent and in case your husband does not agree, you may file a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty. however, your marriage should at least be one year old.
