I would advise you to make her understand by giving few examples of your relatives or your friends explaining her the good side of education.

I would also suggest you to take intervention of your family and friends.

Dont force her there would be someday she will realise the importance of your decision.

Please stop treating your wife as your slave or a subordinate. You should not try to impose your will upon her in the matter of education or studies.

She has rightly refused to listen to you. She is gentle enough not to retaliate though she may be entitled to lodge a criminal complaint against you for committing cruelty and domestic violence.

The very tenor of your statement shows that you suffer from a large 'male ego' and consider yourself as her master as if she should 'listen' to all what you say which is factually, legally, morally and socially incorrect.

Advice : Better behave and learn to respect your wife if you want to avoid unnecessary troubles.
