To elaborate my previous question: I got married to my BF (divorcee) in arya samaj mandir. He got divorce in family court and we got married after 2 months. Meanwhile, his ex-wife appealed in HC and got a stay on the order. During HC, they went for mutual divorce and the wife agreed for settlement and she also agreed to go as per the order of lower court. HC then disposed off her appeal.
Please tell me, is my marriage is legal?

The dates in this case would be really important. Please note that the period for filing appeal is 90 days. what is date of divorce decree in the family court? What is the date of filing appeal in the high court? When did the husband know of the appeal, be it may advance notice from ex wife or direct from court? what is the date of stay?
