More than 2 months have passed , the lady has been creating a havoc at our house , giving tough time to my brother and my old parents . we afraid due to her threats of filing a harrasment and dowry case . MAIN QUESTION: How we can protect ourselves against these threats (legaly or other way). Any Vaccine or pre-perparation against acts such 498a and like.

two brothers being in bangalore, there can be no question of threat for these two brothers. so long as you two from bangalore has no interaction, how can she involve you in any 498a. No need to take any vaccination or preparation. Pray god for harmony between your brother and his wife.

you can protect yourself against the false dowry cases and other harassment. you need to contact a competent lawyer and he would certainly guide you to safeguard your interests by filing appropriate applications/petitions. 498a is not all that forceful nowadays and your family can secure anticipatory bail in that regard. regarding brothers working in bangalore, even if f.i.r is lodged, Punjab and Haryana High Court would quash the same against the brothers living that far.
