Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi All please escape from my wife�s. I can not concentrate with my work daily my carrier going down. newly i m married it was arranged marriage. Girl is very short temper she is one kind of psycho cant say she is mad she is abuse me and my family .some times she throw house hold items .she don�t know why she married .After marriage we are not doing sex and i know she is normal in sex,she has normal period .it is running 4 months always she quarrel with me abuse me .her family side now know
her daughter is not able to maintain family now they are turned and girls telling me i dont give divorce and i will spoil your carrier. please give suggestion should i file a case against her that she is not doing sex with me is there any rule to getting divorce with this basis .or hw i get a divorce from my wife ..everyday she is torching me. please some body help me

in case the marriage is not consummated since 4 months and there is willful refusal from the wife s side to consummate the marriage, you may go for annulment of marriage and the same can be filed within one year of marriage. otherwise, you may follow the advice given above.
