Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

Eventhough my wife is against me and left with our 2.5 yr old child , I am willing to accept her because in the end she may be the loser afterall. But she hasnot attended the first court counseling n left us in a dilemma what happens next. I am willing to accept her unconditionally to my home that is what i would say if i had a chance to speak to her , and if she is going the reverse as she is more inclined to her relatives of what they say , do I have a chance to atleast see my son, sir? visitation rights means is it visiting a particular day in the court for seeing the child? Please clarify sir, Thanks a lot

visitation rights are rights given on the days fixed by the court to be with the child. It varies in number of days or months according to the understanding reached between the parties and as ordered by court.

Firstly, you should visit your wife and meet with her. Try to persuade her to join you and make efforts to accept her conditions.

Secondly, if you visit does not bear fruits, try meeting her close relatives and let them know of your intentions of living together.

It is good to make efforts for family settlement and avoid disputes.

All the best.

visiting rights mean court will fix a day on which you may pick your son for outing with you or meet him.

Good luck.
