Legal Question in Family Law in India

We have no evidence of giving gold and 5 lacs dowry to my in-laws. (written). But my father friend

oral witness produced is it ok to get back the amount and gold to me.

And also for jewellery can i produce marriage photo where i was wearing at the time

of marriage.

in which stage can i produce the same.

Now DVC is to produce my husbands witness stage.

pl. give advise for the all the above

you can prove it by calling the witness and marriage photographs are also a good proof for the same. however, the bills of jeweler and source of payment of 5 lacs would be important.
