Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have got expartee decree of Sec.9 in Mar-2009 & live separately from 2008, on Feb.2012 my wife file for Sec.10 at her jurisdictional court I contest for that suit at the High court. Should I file for divorce now at my jurisdictional court? or I have to wait for the disposal of Sec. 10. please advice.

as you already contesting sec 10 petition, you may file the petition for divorce in that court itself for early disposal.
