Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have got expartee decree of sec.9 two yrs ago,my wife now filed sec 10 with alimony at her juridiction court. Should I filed divorce now at my juridiction court or I have to wait for the disposal of the sec 10 filed by my wife? How can I got divorce easily? Please help.

Dont wait for anything or any decision on a petition of sec 10 of HM Act just File a petition for Divorce at your jurisdiction because you have got another ground under sec 9 petition . I am sure you will get the Decree of Divorce soon.
