I want to know about ex-party judgment.. Please help me...
1. What is ex-party judgment?
2. Against whom it will be filed and when it will be given?
3. If an ex-party judgment is filed when actual divorce will be filed?
4. If ex-party is filed against my friend, will he/she will be noticed about the divorce and will he/she will be getting the divorce papers?
5. Can the case can be re-opened against my friend again after an ex-party judgment?
6. Or the petitioner can still file a case for any asking for money?
7. Will there be any problem if my friend goes for re-marriage?

You have so many questions but answer is here in below :-
The exparte is judgement is against the defendant or the party against you have have filed the petition or suit . The court had tried all means to serve the party but the party has not appeared before the court and once the court comes to this conclusion then the party is proceeded exparte. Yes the said party can move an application to set aside the exparte judgement also which is permitted under the law by showing reasonable grounds for there non appearance.
