Legal Question in Family Law in India
I had an extra marital affair with my wifes cousin. The acussed in a period of 8 years emotionally blackmailed and financially took lacs of rupees and promised marriage after a divorce from my wife . When finally my wife filed for divorced and she came to knew about it she turned cold feet. In the mean time i came to know that she was having multiple affairs with other individualls also. On confrontation she just went blunt and refused maariage> As per my knowledge her mother and brother knew about the affair. I have paid for her home loans and all the expenses of her family all these years. My wife has left me and i do not have custody of my son. can i file a civil and criminal case against the girl please help

No but on the other hand the girl can file a case of rape etc against you. And i dont think the court would give you the custody of your child also.
