Re: extra martial affairs

a) The family life already stand jeopardized, the moment you think of "legal rights / remedies".

b) You may threaten him of police action; or

c) You may threaten him of 498-A / DVA complaint;

OR

D) YOU MAY threaten the woman concerned of disclosure to her husband;

e) you may speak with her husband and tell him to keep a watch on his wife.

If things do not improve, you may need to 'raid' them when they are together.

Re: extra martial affairs

u may make your brother in law understand the ill effects of adultery instead of acting in haste and taking a legal action. as a matter of fact, what your brother in law is doing is not only illegal but immoral as well but a hasty action on ur part may leave ur sister and her children repent for life. try if good sense may prevail upon ur bro in law instead of looking for legal remedies.
