Legal Question in Family Law in India

Can the ex-wife of my fiance do anything to stop me from marrying him? she has been threatening this. I have personally checked his divorce papers and its in order. She is also now frequenting his house as that house has been written in her favor by my fiance's father before he died in 1994. The will was executed in 1991, the divorce had come through in 1992. How can i help my fiance and myself?

She is visiting coz your fiance and his mother are also interested in marriage with earlier wife. Else she cannot stop you from marrying him or made anything wrong with you.

she cannot stop you from marrying your fiance but regarding teh house if it is willed to her then you cannot do much. but how come father in law has willed it to her

No, she cannot. You both may jointly file a criminal complaint of "stalking" against her.
