Ex-wife filed 498A and DV case
i got married in jan-06 n divorced her in nov-07 when i was in dubai bcz she was not ready to come to my home since nov-06 and having fun wid her sister's husband. now I m living in Doha and she filed 498a n dv case against me n my family. Police came and ask my neibhours abt this n got information of her abt being away from my home since one year. Now police send the report to the court. I m muslim and dont hav any kid. She n her family r threatening my family that they will claim for mentinance and talk to interpol to deport me from doha. I already divorced her by saying triple talaq and snd by writting on a paper. how to get rid of it and wat can she do? as police already submited report.

If she is dependant on you she can ask for maintenance,accomodation etc.

She is entitled to maintenance including residence as per your 'standard of living/financial status' at the time of separation.
She is also entitled to pursue criminal case u/s 498-A and/or DVA for the violence/cruelty, if any, committed by you and/or your family.
You may better settle the matter amicably to avoid trial and litigation.
