f a husband has filed a divorce case & wife has asked for expences of proocedings under section 24 can a wife now ask to court for giving permission to live with her husband under section 9 restitution of conjugal petition husband lives in uae if i win the case can embassy help me

yes, restitution of conjugal rights is not barred and the embassy/consulate may help you in case there is a specific direction for enforcing the orders.

YES you can file your case and even get maintenance also.

but embassy can help you only if court directs.
