Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am facing 125 crpc. she has demanded 50% of my salary. she has left the house without any plausible cause. as one of the reasons to show that i am a violent man, my wife has alleged under affidavit in court that due to physical violence, it led to her miscarriage. i have obtained the medical certificate from the doctor that states that it was not so and that it had happened due to medical causes. i have also the sonography report to support it.

can she not be found guilty of misleading the court? and may it not work to my advantage?

in case you are able to prove that she is stay apart from you without a sufficient cause, you may avoid maintenance but even if you have to pay maintenance, she cannot claim half of your salary.
