Legal Question in Family Law in India

A false dowry case has been filed against my entire family including me by my brother's wife. Also they have sent a letter to my company HR requesting them to direct me to appear at the concerned police station within 7 days. but I have given medical certificate for 20 days. Now my company is not in a mood to accept med.cert. any more. My problem is neither I can appear at the police station unless I get the bail nor I can attend office till I get the bail unless. suggest some gud ideas to convince my HR to grant me leave until my bail is granted. Can I send a letter through my lawyer to my company HR against the police letter that I have applied for bail .....something like that?? will this situation take away my job?
