Legal Question in Family Law in India
In a false DV Case by my wife (who has deserted me and took interim custody of my 1.5 yr old child by false representation in the court). whereas everyone in my locality and neighborhood knows that no violence occured in our life. Even the doctors to whom I took my wife and child regularly for treatment, are supporting me.
As she has filed the DV case on me 200 Kms away from Delhi, it is practically very difficult for them to leave their govt/pvt jobs and witness in my support (though a couple of them will).
what should I do to prove the statement of facts in the court of law:-
1) can I request a character from these people and produce in the court that the behavior and conduct of both of us was normal and proper always and no incident of violence was ever seen or heard by our neighbors and near and dear ones.
or what other possible options are available to me to prove my innocence without letting my neighbors into any problem / visitng the court

in case you have witnessses here in delhi and the case is pending some where else, you need to ask the court to send the summons to these witnesses and they would come and depose. your request may be declined but the court summons will have to be honoured.
