Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I was falsely accused under 498a in October 2010. My wife and FIL filed this case when i stopped transferring money to them. Since marriage I have transferred close to 12 Lacs to them. I filed a counter complaint uner section 420, 384 on them. They have now applied for AB which was granted to them yesterday. The police delayed making the arrest on them on my case, and have asked them to go for AB.

I want a chargesheet to be filed by the police on them in my case. How will this help me in the 498a case. If the police, who are being "fed" by my FIL, file a B report on my complaint, what are my options to get justice?

You need to pursue your remedies through a lawyer. An advice on this forum will not help since the litigation is required to be conducted after examining all documents and making assessment of the entire situation.
