A family - Father, Mother and two daughters.
Mother passed away and both daugthers got married.
After the marriage of daughters father married a widow and in this relation they don't have child. after 2 years father also passed away. Now the question is what are the rights of the step mother over the property. all the properties are in the name of father and first wife.

she is equally entitled to have a share in the property at par with you and your sisters.
Your step mother will share equally with both of you in the property which are in the name of your father. But both of you sisters only have the right in the property exclusively in your mother's name.
Equal rights between all of you and your step mother. But if there is any will of your deceased mother or father then according to that will.

Your step mother will get a share out of your father's property only but no share out of the property in your mother's name or out of her share.
