family

in indian law can its possible to demand a separate room to stay with her husband in other area where her sister in law and other relatives not staying because the area in which her husband is staying was dangerous for her life.two times her husband's sister and his sister in law beaten her.please mention indian law also.

Yes, the lady is entitled to "secured residence" under D.V.A.

she may also claim a "protection order".
