Re: Family Law
(a) She has a right of refusal to go to the poultry farm;
(b) She may need to take harsher measures for her safety and good life;
(c) the steps required to be taken may finally lead to divorce; or if good sense prevail upon her husband, the marriage may be saved and relations may improve;
(d) you need to take very strong action against him and his family. If the facts given by you are correct, you may consider immediately :
(a) seek return of all you spent in marriage and file a criminal complaint against him and his family for beating your daughter; you should invoke Sections 406/498-A of IPC or meet the local police.
(b) file a complaint under DVA.
You daughter may consider not to tolerate 'violence' and torture anymore. That will provide her safety and protect her from loosing self respect and dignity.
She should seriously consider leaving a person who has no sense of love and affection for his wife and rather teach him a lesson for his wrong - doing. Wife bashing is a serious offence.
Re: Family Law
she can file a case under Domestic Violence Act or under 498A IPC.
Re: Family Law
Civil and criminal remedies are available but all are subject to cost your may bear in terms of Divorce, which I think is not socially better. Harsh action on your part may give rise to harsh treatment to your daughter which you will, definitely, not like.
