If hindu married women earning handsome sallery concealing his previous marrige marries again under special marrige act,1954.Wheather her new husband prosecute her on ground of fraud get compensated and claim maintenence

The second husband may claim annullment of marriage on the ground of fraud.
The claim for compensation and maintenance is doubtful as the law of tort has not still developed in India.

If the a hindu married woman marries concealing her fiest marriege from her husband ,her second husband can prosecute her and claim compensation . But on this ground of concealment of first marriage , usband does not become entitled for compensation.
