Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband has filed divorce petition against me and also child custody case. Child is 15+ of age. On asking by ciurt he very rigidly refuse even to meet him last year. Court has written in file also that child does not want to talk with father. Child appear in 1oth board. Now on insistance of my husband another cort has asked me to bring the child in court. Child is very admant in even going or meeting father. His is crusial perid of future. I dont want him to get disturbed at this stage. Now what to do. please help me.

Produce you child in court and let him say that he does not want to meet his father.Court can not insist the child to meet his father if the child does not wish to do so.

The court may record statement of the child and decide the custody issue.
