Legal Question in Family Law in India
My family made an arranged marriage for me when I was 17 in village.I was not given a choice to marry or not marry. Now 6 years later I want nothing to do with her or my family. I do not love her and my family is very abusive to me. I tried to run away from them 2 times but they find me and beat me.
I just want to be free of them and of her. What are my legal rights?? I don't want them or her as my family anymore!!!!!! Is this possible, what can I do legally to get away from them and divorce her?

You may not divorce her without her fault. However, you are entitled to live separately from your parents; in any case, you may need to support your wife.
You can do one more thing. file a case of nullity of marriage and then get marry with your Girl friend in city.
